Another image from my recent trip to Spain, this was taken during Sunset at the Embalse de la Pedrera reservoir near Orihuela. I was very lucky to get any shot from this trip, in fact I was lucky to bring my camera home in one piece. The banks of the reservoir were like quicksand, I found out to my surprise and panic. I set up the camera on the tripod with a couple of filters and stepped down to the waters edge and sunk. I quite literally had to use the tripod to stop me from sinking up to my knees in the mud. I managed to very carefully climb out, save all my equipment, shake off as much of the mud as possible, scope out another 'safe' point and set up for this shot. Dedication or madness, it's a fine line I think!
