IIt's a loudspeaker, and it's a dwelling, in a Columbus parking lot.

It's an overtly political project. "The concept of Audible Dwelling is derived from Scandinavian democratic movements of the 19th century. In Sweden, the socialist agitator August Palm made the first public speech on socialism in 1881. So many attended a follow-up speech at the Almbacken Inn that Palm was forced to address the crowd in the open air. The speech from beneath a pear tree became a legend in Swedish politics."
