Korakuen 後楽åœ' Garden

Korakuen Garden was the garden for Okayama castle's master, the lord of Bingo, contemporary Okayama prefecture. It had been very famous garden all around Japan, counted one of "Japanese 3 gardens". It had been destroyed and burnt almost compleately by US airbone, then rebuilt as it had been.

Koraku-en means, Koraku garden. Koraku is derived from Chinese saying Sen-yu-kou-raku, 先憂後楽, which means "to suffer first (sen-yu), then enjoy later (kou-raku)",
