Would you say smoking prevalence and deforestation are the biggest developmental
issues in Indonesia?

I'd think so, since they don't seem to have any rules restricting children smoking, with all the news about the 2-year old smoking in Indonesia.

And how about deforestation? Is poverty the reason why people still rely on mass cutting down
of trees?
